PLACING ORDERS
You may place an order with a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE between the hours of 9am and 5pm EST. by calling (800) 320-6734, faxing orders to (717) 792-0702 or online 24/7. To better serve you and increase our order accuracy, we have implemented a product numbering system. Each item in our inventory now has an ITEM NUMBER which is included in the current catalog and precedes the ITEM DESCRIPTION. Please include this number and description when ordering. All general merchandise orders scheduled to deliver locally on our trucks must be received no later than 1:00 pm. the day before shipment is due to ensure next day delivery status. Next Day delivery is based on product availability.

PAYMENT AND DISCOUNTS

Acceptable forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Company Check and C.O.D. (fee applies). A.P.S. reserves the right to hold any and all orders until checks clear. A.P.S. offers aggressive TIER PRICING SYSTEM for our customers. Substantial discounts are available. The TIER PRICING SYSTEM guidelines are as follows.

1) Tier pricing discounts based on individual orders on same purchase order to same SHIP TO location. Orders cannot be combined to achieve the discount.
2) Order totals are less freight charges. Therefore freight charges will not be factored in to reach the next Tier level.
3) In order to participate in this program, your account must be in good standing at time the order is placed and discount is requested with no outstanding invoices on file.
4) Terms are NET 15 on established credit unless otherwise stated. To establish credit worthiness we request ALL NEW CUSTOMERS prepay their first three (3) orders through one of our accepted forms of payment (see above). A penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to all accounts past due. This is 18% per annum. We reserve the right to withdraw credit at any time, for any reason, without notice.
5) Tier pricing discounts cannot be combined with other offers or in conjunction with advantaged pricing programs already in place. Due to the nature of these aggressive discounts, we reserve the right to refuse additional coupons or discounts if the Tier pricing is applied to your order. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors. Prices subject to change without notice.
